Overcoming Obstacles: Fueling Your Journey to Success

Good morning, everybody! Today, we explore a subject that speaks close to the heart of each of us on our journey towards development: Overcoming Obstacles. In our lives, obstacles are bound to happen, whether they appear in our physical, relational, or commercial lives. But what if these very obstacles are not meant to hinder us, but to push us forward with much more strength? This is exactly the inspiring philosophy that Dr. Mani Pavitra taught us in our recent session, causing deep shifts among her students.

The Power of Unwavering Determination: Overcoming Obstacles in Health

Dr. Mani Pavitra started by sharing a very personal experience that most perfectly captures the essence of perseverance. She explained how, when she felt “really, really sick” with shivers and a sense of malaise, her resolve to meet her daily step goal was never broken. Her whole body was protesting even taking one step, yet she persevered through with a sense of inner determination.

“You see your step count, you need to complete your step count, but your whole body is aching badly. You’re experiencing that shivering and malaise type of a symptom all over your body. You feel like you cannot move even one step. You just want to lie down. But then to complete your task, to complete your target is what, you know, the final step which you take to complete that target. The type of satisfaction which comes is simply brilliant,” she said.

And what ensued was pure magic. After she made up her mind, “no matter what, I am going to get over this myself,” and did her steps, the whole fever just vanished the following morning. Such a powerful anecdote shows that when you send a strong message to your body – you can’t stop me anymore – something radical happens.

This principle applies not just to physical health, but to every area of our lives. This unwavering commitment is key to overcoming obstacles.

Beyond Excuses: Overcoming Obstacles in Major Life Events

Dr. Mani Pavitra presented yet another strong example of overcoming adversity that touched the heart of every person in the room. One day prior to an important movie event with her mentor, for which she was personally responsible for filling the hall and running, she ended up in the hospital with her son. This was a real, undeniable excuse to back away.

“Hypothetically, my mentor is here. I’m the one who’s packing the room. I’m the one who’s doing everything in that theatre, and one day before this is the situation,” she recalled, displaying a photo of her son in the hospital. “It’s so easy to say, ‘Okay, no, my son is in. I can’t do this. What is there? It’s just a film.’ No, what is a big issue about it? We can quite easily say all of that.”

She didn’t write about it or share it, realizing that the focus would be taken away from the event and placed on her case. Rather, her whole energy was still invested in making the event a success. This led to a “super alliance” where her fellow community members would have access to her mentor’s classes, and so on. This partnership, a massive leap for both communities, would never have been achieved if she had caved into the apparently sound reason. This goes to show that obstacles are usually trials for our potential, set there to assist us in overcoming them.

“Anything comes into our life to check our potential,” she stressed. “And after you test your potential, there will be absolutely no. that story is over then and there.”

Students Share Their Experience of Overcoming Obstacles

The session then opened up for the students to share their own stories of overcoming challenges, testifying to the real effect of Dr. Mani Pavitra’s advice.

Sravani Asuri: Turning Business Failure into Breakthrough

Sravani has a very motivational experience of overcoming challenges in her business. Days before a very important time for closing clients, she lost two of her biggest clients unexpectedly, which meant a big financial blow. Her world was ending, and she called upon Dr. Mani Pavitra.

“As I went there, yesterday I lost 2 clients. and I once again receive a message that we cannot proceed from this month as mine is a retention program. I have no idea, and it is a very high ticket size, like one lakh rupees per month,” Sravani explained.

Dr. Mani Pavitra’s reaction was not to provide solutions but to enable Sravani to arrive at her own solution: “Are you really interested in this agency business? What do you want to do with this? Do you want to do this, or you don’t want to do this?”

This prompted Sravani to re-engage with her inner commitment. She understood that her company was like “her child,” and she would never leave it. This mental make-over

resulted in a miraculous turn-around: she attained five closures on the same day for a three lakh retainer. The following day, she pipelined six more.

Apart from the commercial successes, Sravani related a deep spiritual awakening, a deeper understanding of nature and the cosmos. She shared examples of her thinking manifesting immediately, from noticing particular colored butterflies to key individuals reaching out to her as if by sorcery. This deep level of spirituality is a great tool for transcending challenges in every area of life.

Jay: Moving from Outcome-Oriented to Process-Oriented Success

Jay offered his own transformation in his style of pitching for investment. Years back, he pitched out of “greedy arrogance.” Since then, after having absorbed the lessons on breaking through barriers and process over result, his style has changed. He described a recent pitch in which, even though he was nervous at first, he experienced a “nice wave of energy, a very positive energy.”

Most importantly, he was not result-oriented. Rather than asking for a close, he just asked for a follow-up meeting. To his surprise, the investor volunteered an offer for another meeting and even invited Jay to meet his wife to talk about teaching AI. “Even before I had made the final you know, call to action. He had only proposed,” Jay said. This experience left him with a powerful feeling of hope and reaffirmed that his actions are now being generated from a “positive space.”

Dr. Mani Pavitra corroborated Jay’s experience, noting that her whole program is “completely process-based.” She doesn’t establish financial goals because she has faith in people’s infinite capacity. “Why would I restrict myself to little numbers when I know I can do much better?” she said. Her interest is always in the “process numbers”: creating 100 videos, doing consistent steps, or making 10 sales calls every day. This consistent process is the basis for breaking through obstacles.

Mrugesh and Ravinder Koila Konda: Taking First Steps and Propagating Health

Mrugesh celebrated his health victory of losing 5 kg, and his first successful sale of UGC content, as a giant leap from being a “complete corporate employee” to being an entrepreneur. Ravinder, who aims to “spread the concept of health,” also basked in the pride of his first sessions and sales, highlighting how the program equips people to follow their dreams and achieve concrete gains in conquering challenges.

Ritu Setty: Breaking Down Business and Community Barriers

Ritu talked of her enthusiasm over the sale on Instagram for the first time and her new position as a stakeholder in a business community. She discussed her growing business acumen and the “very good privilege” of being able to utilize resources efficiently. She also eloquently expressed a feeling of deep connection among the group: “We are all like soul sisters. We are all one part of each other. We are completing each other.” This mutual support is crucial for overcoming obstacles.

Taking Back Your Power: The Key to Overcoming Obstacles

Dr. Mani Pavitra emphasized a central principle of her philosophy: retaining control and not giving away your power. Whether to an operations manager, to a salesperson, to an illness, or to circumstances outside of yourself, letting go of control will result in collapse.

“Don’t imagine that someone else is going to rescue you. Don’t imagine someone’s a solution until you’re imagining someone else’s going to become a reason, become a stepping stone,” she warned. “You find your strength, and you find someone with the same type of strength, and you two go out and do things. That’s where real growth is.”

She fiercely said that health problems, relationship issues, and all problems are not intended to torment us but to challenge us to “raise up” and “push your barriers.” They are a chance for us to show our seriousness on our aim.

Sravani strongly reflected this feeling, remembering the way her change in attitude made all the difference. “My attitude changed a lot. And you know what, everyone got the best leads,” she explained, even bringing back a client who had walked out, after witnessing substantial profit. This shows that an inner change in attitude is important to overcome challenges.

Your Daily Task: What Will You Do, No Matter What

Dr. Mani Pavitra wrapped up the session by asking a very simple yet potent question that brings home the spirit of overcoming challenges and steady improvement: “What is that one thing that you will do, no matter what in your life, so that you’ll definitely get to your goal? This is your task for today.”

For Dr. Mani Pavitra herself, her every-day meditation, walking, and video production have become a must-do, non-option, daily activities, along with an adherence to daily calls for sales. The adherence to process, no matter what the external environment, is the foundation of ongoing improvement.

The session concluded with strong affirmations:

“I am a fortune creator.”

“I create my own money flow.”

“I change my inner money programming.”

“I define my destiny.”

“I build my fortune.”

“I’m a greatest sales closer.”

“I’m an opportunity magnet.”

“All my trades in profit.”

“I have amazing breakthroughs.”
